On the 27th June 2007 our beautiful baby daughter Chloe passed away & is now the Angel on her brother Charlies shoulder born on 24th July this year. We never had the chance to know you Chloe but will see you & hold you again one day. In the short time we spent with you we fell in love & we will never forget you. Fly high & free our special girl !
